Yemeni armed forces attack Isreali Ministry of Defense with hypersonic missile
SANAA, Jan. 14 (YPA) – The Yemeni Armed Forces announced earlier Tuesday the execution of a successful operation against the Ministry of Defense of the Israeli occupation in the occupied Jaffa region (Tel Aviv), using a Palestine 2 hypersonic ballistic missile.
Brigadier General Yahya Saree, the military spokesperson, stated in an official communication that the operation was successfully carried out, highlighting that Israeli defense systems were unable to intercept the missile. He further noted that this marks the third such operation within the past 12 hours.
The Yemeni Armed Forces reiterated their commitment to fulfilling their religious, humanitarian, and moral responsibilities toward the Palestinian people.
They emphasized their determination to intensify military actions against the Israeli occupation until the aggression on Gaza ceases and the blockade is lifted.
Meanwhile, the Israeli army confirmed that sirens were activated in several areas within occupied territories due to a missile launched from Yemen.
An Israeli army spokesperson mentioned attempts to intercept the missile, while emergency medical services reported that 11 settlers sustained injuries while seeking shelter.
