Citizen kidnapped hours after his release from STC Prison in Aden

ADEN, Jan. 12 (YPA) – A citizen was kidnapped hours after being released by the UAE-backed factions in the city of Aden, which is under the control of the Saudi-led coalition in southern Yemen.

Human rights sources confirmed that armed men from the “Security Belt” factions in Aden, led by Jalal Al-Rubaie, abducted “Mohammed Hussein Ahmed al-Haidari” hours after his release from the notorious Bir Ahmed prison, following a decision by the court of appeals loyal to the coalition in Aden.

The sources explained that al-Haidari’s family was shocked when armed men in military vehicles, affiliated with leader al-Rubaie, arrived to take their son to the al-Nasr camp prison, which is under al-Rubaie’s control, despite he was exonerated from all charges against him.

The sources deemed the kidnapping of al-Haidari by al-Rubaie a blatant violation of the judicial decisions in Aden.
