Death toll of Zionist aggression on Gaza rises to 45514

GAZA, Dec. 29 (YPA) – The Palestinian Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced, on Sunday, that the death toll from the genocide committed by the occupation has risen to 45,514 martyrs and 108,189 wounded since October 7, 2023.

The Ministry of Health reported in its daily statistical report that the occupation army committed three massacres against families in the Gaza Strip during the past 24 hours.

She explained that the hospitals in the Gaza Strip treated 30 martyrs and 99 wounded, bringing the number of victims of the Israeli war of extermination to 45,514 martyrs and 108,189 wounded, in an endless toll.

“There are still a number of victims under the rubble and on the roads, and the ambulance and civil defense crews are unable to reach them,” the ministry added.
