DAMASCUS, Dec. 09 (YPA) – At least 45 Syrian army soldiers affiliated with Bashar al-Assad’s regime were killed on Monday after Turkish drone strikes on their positions in the countryside of Ayn Issa, northern Syria.
This came in conjunction with continuous air strikes by Israeli warplanes on sites belonging to the former Syrian army in several Syrian provinces.
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights explained that Turkish drones bombed groups affiliated with the Syrian Arab army while withdrawing from the village of Mustariha in the countryside of Ayn Issa, which resulted also in the injury of 15 others.
Earlier in the day, 12 civilians, most of them women and children, were killed following a raid launched by a Turkish drone on a house in the same village.
