Iran’s President: Syria’s future, political system is determined by Syrian people

TEHRAN, Dec. 09 (YPA) – Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian said on Sunday evening that “the Syrian people are the ones who must decide the future of their country and its political and governmental system.”

Pezeshkian argued the urgent need for the end of the military conflict so that the Syrian people can decide their fate in a peaceful environment, away from violence or destructive external interference.

He emphasized the need for vigilance from all internal parties in Syria and the countries of the region regarding the Zionist regime’s actions.
