Official circular issued in Sanaa to all government agencies to reconstitute tender committees

SANAA, Dec. 04 (YPA) – The Supreme Authority for Supervision of Tenders and Auctions in Sanaa called on all entities subject to the provisions of the Government Tenders, Auctions, and Warehouses Law and its executive regulations to reconstitute tender committees in accordance with the law.

In a circular addressed to all ministers, governors, and heads of government agencies covered by the law, the Authority stressed the necessity of providing it with the decisions to form tender committees within a period not exceeding fifteen days, noting that it will conduct a field visit to ensure the implementation of this circular.
