Sanaa refers 16 suspects in serious corruption cases to Public Funds Prosecution

SANAA, Nov. 11 (YPA) – The Supreme National Authority for Combating Corruption (SNACC) in Sanaa on Monday approved the referral of 16 defendants in serious corruption cases to the Public Funds Prosecution Office for criminal lawsuits.

The cases included seizing and facilitating public funds seizure, forgery of official documents, exploitation of influence, and embezzlement, and resulted in damages totaling 236,709,000 Yemeni riyals.
