Yemen army repels coalition-backed militias’ infiltration in Lahj

LAHJ, July 19 (YPA) – The Yemeni army on Friday repelled an infiltration attempt of the Saudi-backed militias in Yemen’s Lahj province, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

The official confirmed that the army foiled the militias’ infiltration attempt towards  Hawimrah area in Qubaytah district, the official added.

The official confirmed that dozens of the militias were killed and injured in the confrontations.

The Yemeni army increased its attacks on the Saudi-led coalition forces and their militias in all front in retaliation for committing war crimes and massacres against the Yemeni civilians.
