America provides Ukraine with weapons worth $400 million

KYIV, Oct. 21 (YPA) – US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin announced, during a visit to Kiev on Monday, a fresh $400 million weaponry deal for Ukraine..

Austin stated in a meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, “I am pleased to announce today the pledge to send a new weapons package worth $400 million to provide your forces with additional ammunition, armor, and anti-tank weapons.”

Austin said on the “X” platform, “I am returning to Ukraine for the fourth time as Secretary of Defense to show that the United States and the international community continue to support Ukraine.”
