Hezbollah unveils specs of newly-used ‘Qader 2’, ‘Nasr 1’ missiles

BEITRUT, Oct. 16 (YPA) – Hezbollah’s military media unveiled two new missiles, which were put into service on October 14, 2024, revealing their unique features.

Qader 2 specifications

Qader 2 is a surface-to-surface point-precision ballistic missile engineered by Hezbollah fighters. It can strike vital targets with an accuracy of up to 5 meters and has a highly destructive power.

It was officially introduced into service on October 14, 2024.

Caliber: 620 mm

Length: 8.6 m

Total weight: 3,200 kg

Warhead weight: 405 kg

Range: 250 km

 

Nasr 1 specifications:

The Nasr 1 is a surface-to-surface precision-guided missile engineered by Hezbollah members for striking critical infrastructure and port facilities and boasts a precision accuracy of up to 5 meters.

The missile features high maneuverability to evade air defense systems and is immune to electronic jamming. It was officially introduced into service on October 14, 2024.

Warhead Weight: 100 kg

Range: 100 km

It is noteworthy that the Resistance revealed these qualitative missiles after Hezbollah’s war media published a new video titled “We will make Haifa like Kiryat Shmona and Metula.”

In the video, Hezbollah showed part of the Resistance’s capabilities and readiness in terms of missiles.
