Shin Bet claims to have arrested two Israelis “recruited by Iran” for assassination

OCCUPIED QUDS, Oct. 14 (YPA) – The Israeli police and the Shin Bet security service claimed on Monday the arrest of two Israelis recruited by Iranian intelligence to assassinate an Israeli figure and commit “acts of sabotage.”

In a joint statement, the police and the Shin Bet stated, “We have exposed the infrastructure of the Iranian intelligence services, which works to recruit citizens in Israel.”

The statement added: “Vladislav Viktorsson (30 years old), a resident of Ramat Gan, was arrested for investigation.”

“Investigations revealed that beginning last August, Vladislav was in contact in Hebrew via social media with an agent named Mary Hosie,” according to the statement.
