RABAT, Oct. 12 (YPA) – Thousands of Moroccans participated on Friday in dozens of protests in a number of Moroccan cities, in solidarity with Palestine and Lebanon, denouncing the Israeli aggression, and rejecting normalization.
This came in response to the call of the Moroccan Committee to Support the Nation’s Issues, which called for organizing the 53rd Al-Aqsa Flood Friday protests under the slogan “We are with you.”
The protesters, who were distributed in the cities of Khouribga, Fez, Meknes, Tangier, Berkane, Marrakesh, Oujda, Agadir, Tetouan, Casablanca, Mohammedia, Taza, Guercif, Tadla, Beni Mellal, Jerada, and others, raised Palestinian and Lebanese flags.
They chanted slogans such as “The people want to overthrow normalization,” “Oh Zion, you cursed one, Palestine is in the eyes,” “Morocco and Palestine are one people, not two,” and “Popular condemnation of the Lebanese war.”
They demanded the cancellation of all forms of Moroccan normalization with the Zionist entity.
