ADEN, Oct. 10 (YPA) – The UAE-backed Transitional Council factions have prevented visits to the abductees in their prisons in the southern Yemeni city of Aden.
The family of the kidnapped Hamza Yasser Abdullah Fadl reported that since their son was kidnapped about 40 days ago, none of his relatives have been allowed to visit him since he was kidnapped at the end of last August without any charge or judicial order.
It confirmed that Hamza was kidnapped while he was passing in his car in front of the Sheikh Othman Police Department in the Dar Saad area, indicating that the Transitional Council elements forced him out of his car then they took him to prison without any charge.
Hamza’s uncle, Murad Abdullah Fadl, explained in press statements that Hamza’s family did not know about the fate of their son until more than 10 days had passed, indicating that his family or anyone else was prevented from visiting him in prison.
The uncle pointed out that the Public Prosecution issued an order to release his nephew, but the Sheikh Othman Police Department administration has not implemented the directives to this day.
