Hamas delegation meets with Iranian President in Doha

DOHA, Oct. 03 (YPA) – The Islamic Resistance Movement “Hamas” stated on Thursday that a delegation from the movement, headed by Muhammad Darwish, head of the movement’s Shura Council, met with Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian, who is visiting the Qatari capital, Doha.

The movement added that the two sides discussed the overall political and field developments related to the Palestinian issue, especially the ongoing Israeli occupation aggression against the Gaza Strip, which has developed into an expanded aggression targeting various regions of Lebanon.

The Hamas delegation confirmed the strategic relationship with Iran and the axis of resistance, praising the support being given to the Palestinian people in their open battle against the Israeli occupation.
