Yemeni armed forces launch largest naval operation against US destroyers in Red Sea

SANAA, Sept. 27 (YPA) – The Yemeni armed forces carried out a special military operation targeting three hostile American warships in the Red Sea as they were heading to support and assist the “Israeli” enemy, Spokesman of the Yemeni armed forces Brigadier General Yahya Sarie said in a statement issued on Friday during a million-march protest in the capital Sana’a .

Brigadier General Yahya Sarie explained that the joint operation involving the naval, missile, and drone forces was carried out with 23 ballistic and cruise missiles, along with drones,

He confirmed that the operation resulted in a direct hit against the three destroyers.

It is the largest naval operation of the Yemeni armed forces in the battle of the promised conquest and the holy jihad in support of the Al-Aqsa Flood and in response to the American-British aggression against our country, according to Sarie.

He added, “this operation coincided with the operation targeting the depth of the Zionist entity in occupied Yafa and Ashkelon, which were targeted with a Palestine 2 hypersonic missile and a Yaffa drone.”

‏”The Yemeni Armed Forces, are ready to carry out more qualitative military operations in support of the Palestinian people and in support of the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon, which are bravely confronting the American-backed Israeli aggression, in defense of Lebanon and in support of the Gaza Strip,”  the brigadier general stressed.

‏”The operations will not stop until the aggression stops and the siege on the oppressed Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip is lifted.”
