Lebanon’s Hezbollah denies Israel’s claim for killing commander Haj Ali Karaki

BEIRUT, Sept. 24 (YPA) – Lebanon’s Hezbollah denied the Israeli news and claims regarding the assassination of commander Haj Ali Karaki, stating  that these reports are false.

“In response to the Zionist enemy’s claims of assassinating our brother, the fighter Ali Karaki, we confirm that our dear brother, the fighter leader, Hajj Ali Karaki, is fine and, God willing, in full health and wellness and has moved to a safe place,” the group said in a statement on Monday evening .

The Israeli enemy targeted a  building in the Bir Al-Abed area in Beirut’s southern suburbs with 3 missiles, claiming to have assassinated a senior leader of the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon.

Al-Mayadeen reported that four missiles struck the building in the southern suburb, though not all of them detonated.

Seven people were injured, including one in critical condition, according to Al-Maydeen.
