Yemen army attacks Saudi-backed militias in Najran

NAJRAN, July 18 (YPA) – The Yemeni army on Wednesday launched an offensive on the coalition-backed militias in Najran province, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

The attack targeted two positions for the militias in Boqa desert off Najran, the official added.

The official confirmed that dozens of the militias were killed and injured during the confrontations.

The Yemeni army backed by the popular committees increased their attacks on the Saudi-led coalition forces and their militias in all front, in retaliation for committing war crimes and massacres against the Yemeni civilians.
