Israeli occupation forces launch raid campaign across West Bank

OCCUPIED PALESTINE, Sept. 09 (YPA) – The Israeli occupation forces launched a large-scale raid and arrest campaign throughout the West Bank on Monday.

Palestinian sources reported that the Israeli occupation forces stormed the Jabal Abu Rumman area in Hebron, arresting a citizen after raiding his home.

In Qalandiya refugee camp north of Jerusalem, Israeli forces arrested a young man after raiding his home. They also arrested a citizen after raiding his house in the Jabal al-Mawaleh area east of Bethlehem.

The sources added that Israeli forces raided the town of Deir Abu Mishal west of Ramallah, Aida refugee camp in Bethlehem, and Einabus south of Nablus, but no arrests were reported from these areas.

Additionally, armed clashes broke out after midnight between resistance fighters and Israeli forces in the village of Abu Shkheidem north of Ramallah.

Resistance fighters fired at a military force during its incursion into the towns of Abu Shkheidem and Bir Zeit, prompting the soldiers to launch flare bombs and sweep the area.

The soldiers also raided a house, searched it, and vandalized its contents.

In a related incident, Israeli occupation forces stormed the city and refugee camp of Tulkarm last night, leading to armed clashes in which the resistance targeted enemy vehicles with explosive devices.
