4 Zionist officers killed by Palestinian resistance fires during 24 hours

GAZA, Aug. 25 (YPA) – The Israeli enemy army admitted on Sunday the killing of a soldier and the injury of another during battles with the Palestinian resistance in the southern Gaza Strip, bringing the number of Zionist deaths within 24 hours to 4, including 3 officers, one of whom was a major general.

The enemy army acknowledged in a statement the killing of a 20- year- old soldier from the 202nd Battalion of the Paratroopers Unit, and the serious wounding of another soldier during battles with the resistance in the south of the Gaza Strip.

According to Israeli data that was announced under an item permitted for publication, the number of soldiers and officers killed has risen to 700 since the beginning of the aggression on Gaza on the seventh of last October, of whom 337 were killed in ground battles in Gaza.

While the number of wounded soldiers reached 4,377, including 2,249 in ground battles.

14 Israeli officers and soldiers have been killed since the beginning of this August.
