Israeli occupation demolishes two houses west of Ramallah

RAMALLAH, Aug. 22 (YPA) – The Israeli occupation forces demolished on Thursday two homes belonging to Palestinians west of the city of Ramallah.

Palestinian sources said that Israeli occupation bulldozers demolished two houses and a well belonging to a citizen and his brother, consisting of one floor and inhabited by six people.

According to statistics issued by the Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission, the occupation authorities carried out 98 demolition operations last July, affecting 135 facilities, including 62 inhabited homes, 14 uninhabited, and 12 agricultural and other facilities, and concentrated in the governorates of Hebron, Quds, Tulkarm, Bethlehem, and Nablus.

The occupation authorities also notified the demolition of 16 homes and facilities in the governorates of Quds, Bethlehem, Salfit, Tubas, and Hebron.
