Death toll from Israeli aggression on Gaza rises to 40,074

GAZA, Aug. 17 (YPA) – The Ministry of Health in Gaza Strip announced on Saturday that the death toll from the Israeli aggression on the Strip since October 7 has risen to 40,074 people, in addition to 92,537 wounded.

The Gaza health ministry said in its daily report that 69 dead and 136 injured arrived at hospitals after the Israeli occupation army attacked their homes.

It confirmed that there were a number of martyrs under the rubble and on the roads, and that ambulance and civil defense crews could not reach them.
