Report: Yemen army achieves great victories on battlefronts over 24 hours

SANaA, July 17 (YPA) – The Yemen army has launched military operations, including missile, artillery and sniping attacks, which targeted sites and gatherings of Saudi troops over the past 24 hours, according to military reports combined by Yemen Press Agency on Tuesday.

·       In Yemen’s western coast:

A short-range ballistic missile was fired toward gatherings of Saudi-backed militiamen and invaders, causing heavy losses in lives and equipment.

The army repelled an infiltration of militiamen in Tuhaita, which was backed with artillery shelling and air cover without achieving any progress.

 

Military operations were waged on militiamen’s site in Duraihimi and Hais districts.

Engineering unit of the army destroyed a military vehicle, loaded with militiamen, in the west of Khokha, killing and wounding all who were on board.

A military vehicle, loaded with 12 militiamen, was destroyed by an explosive device, killing all its crew.

Three of militiamen were sniped in the east of Tuhaita.

Three military vehicles were destroyed, killing and wounding all who were on boards.

 

·       In Najran border province:

The army controlled Shurfa site during an offensive.

The militiamen’s infiltration, backed with air cover, was repelled in Boqea desert, destroying three military vehicles.

Dozens of militiamen were killed and wounded in an attack on their site in Boqea desert.

Artillery shells were fired toward gatherings of military vehicles of militiamen in Sawh, causing direct casualties.

 A military vehicle, loaded with militiamen, was destroyed by an explosive device in Ajasher desert, killing all its crew.

Engineering unit of the army destroyed three military vehicles by explosive device in Boqea desert, killing all who were on board.

 

·       In Jizan border province:

Artillery force of the army targeted gatherings of Saudi soldiers in Abaea site of Abadiah and in Ma’ridha center.

  

 

 

·       In border province of Asir:

Artillery and missile shelling targeted gatherings of militiamen in front of Alb border crossing.

 

·       In Bayda province:

The army carried out an offensive on Qaeida and ISIS sites in Qaifarea, killing and wounding dozens.

An attack was waged on militiamen’s sites in Natea, killing and wounding dozens.

 

·       In Nehm district:

An infiltration of militiamen was repelled in Rabah hill, killing and wounding many f them.

 

·       In Taiz province:

Engineering unit of the army carried out an ambush in Arba’en street targeted the militiamen during their attempt to infiltrate, killing and wounding dozens.

Artillery shells were fired toward gatherings and fortifications of militiamen in the area of are defense, causing direct casualties.

 

·       In Yemen’s Jawf province:

Engineering unit of the army destroyed a military vehicle, loaded with militiamen, and carried out an ambush targeted the militiamen during their attempt to sink up toward a site in Khalifain area of Khub-washaaf district.

Artillery force of the army shelled gatherings of Saudi-backed militiamen, causing direct casualties.
