Hamas denies Israeli occupation’s claims of assassinating Mohammed Deif

GAZA, Aug. 01 (YPA) – Senior Hamas official Mahmoud al-Mardawi denied on Thursday the Israeli occupation’s allegations of assassinating Mohammed Deif, the leader of the movement’s military wing.

While Izzat al-Rishq, a member of the movement’s political bureau, said that confirming or denying the killing of al-Deif is a matter for the leadership of the Qassam Brigades.

The Israeli occupation published a video clip that it said showed the moment of the assassination of the leader of the military wing of Hamas, Mohammed Deif, in Khan Yunis, 3 weeks ago.

The occupation Minister of War, Yoav Gallant, described the assassination of the leader Deif, as a major step towards eliminating Hamas.
