SANAA, July 25 (YPA) – The National Center for Meteorology renewed its warnings to citizens in areas where rain may be expected to remain in the depths of valleys and flood paths.
In its expected weather bulletin, the center called on citizens, drivers, and patients in deserts, inland plateaus, plains, and coastal areas to be cautious and vigilant.
It also warned seafarers, fishermen, and ship captains of high sea waves around the Socotra Archipelago, the eastern Gulf of Aden, and the eastern and southern coasts.
The center indicated very strong winds around the Socotra Archipelago, reaching a maximum speed of 60 knots, and moderate to strong winds on Aden Gulf, the eastern and southern coasts, and parts of the deserts and inland plateaus, ranging between 20-30 knots.
