SHABWA, July 21 (YPA) – Dozens of militants in Amaliqa factions funded by the UAE cut the international road linking Shabwa governorate to Al-Wadiah border crossing with Saudi Arabia in Hadramout governorate.
Informed sources explained that members of Amaliqa who were brought in by the UAE from Dhalea and Lahj, blocked the international road linking Shabwa and Al-Wadiah port in Al-Miashar area of Armaa’ district, in protest against the non-payment of their financial dues for several months.
The sources reported that the officers closed the road for hours to travelers amidst a state of cha0os and accusing the leaders of stealing them, then developed into armed clashes.
Many expatriates returning to Yemen are being marooned and killed for the purpose of plundering their property by armed gangs belonging to factions affiliated with the coalition.
