Tribal militant killed in Shabwa clashes

SHABWA, June 29 (YPA) – A tribal militant was killed on Saturday after violent clashes in coalion-held city of Ataq of Shabwa province, east of Yemen.

Local sources affirmed that the clashes broke out between a number of tribal militants from the tribe of Daifallah and Ishaq tribe inside the market of the city of Naqoub in Osaylan district inside a popular market, without the intervention by UAE-backed al-Amaliqa (Giants) factions to stop the confrontations.

The sources added that the confrontations sparked a state of panic and terror among market visitors, no material damage to citizens’ property were reported.
