Palestinian citizens killed, wounded in Israeli occupation bombing on Gaza Strip

GAZA, June 26 (YPA) – A number of Palestinian citizens were killed and others were injured on Wednesday, and dozens of homes, buildings, residential apartments, and public and private property were destroyed due to Israeli occupation bombing in various areas of the Gaza Strip.

Palestinian medical sources reported that four citizens were killed and eight others were injured when occupation aircraft bombed a house for the Abu Awad family in Beit Lahia, in the northern Gaza Strip.

The same sources added that a number of citizens were killed and others were injured as a result of the Israeli occupation army firing shells towards various neighborhoods in Gaza City, including Al-Zaytoun, Al-Sabra, and Tal Al-Hawa.

The occupation artillery bombarded the eastern area of the Bureij camp and agricultural land west of the Nuseirat camp, in the center of the Gaza Strip, and the northeastern areas of the city of Khan Yunis.

The occupation army blew up residential buildings in the vicinity of the Zoroub roundabout, west of the city of Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip, coinciding with violent artillery shelling in the center and west of the city.

The death toll in the Gaza Strip rose, according to medical sources, to 37,658 martyrs and 86,237 injured, the majority of whom were children and women, while thousands of victims remain under rubble since the start of the Israeli occupation aggression on October 7.
