GAZA, June 19 (YPA) – At least 640 children have been arrested by the Israeli occupation forces in the Gaza Strip and West Bank, since October 7.
Palestine’s Prisoners’ Club announced that the arrested transferred to the occupation’s Megiddo Prison.
This came in a report it published regarding the arrest of seven-year-old Bahaa Kazem Haj Mohammed from the town of Al-Mughayyir in Ramallah in the West Bank, on the first day of Eid Al-Adha.
The “Prisoner’s Club” renewed its call on all international human rights institutions to restore their necessary and required role in the face of the ongoing Israeli of genocidal war against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, and in the face of the escalating crimes against prisoners and detainees in Israeli prisons.
It also recalled the retaliatory measures, including abuse, torture, and medical crimes, that the occupation forces are using against children in its prisons.
