Staff at Al-Thawra Hospital in Taiz threaten to close all departments

TAIZ, June 11 (YPA) – Employees and doctors at Al-Thawra General Hospital in Taiz have demanded the payment of their dues and salaries since April 2024.

The hospital staff organized a protest, raising posters and slogans calling on the government loyal to the Saudi-led coalition, to pay their salaries, release the operating budget for the second quarter of this year, and pay the annual allowances.

The protesters emphasized the urgency of paying their overdue salaries, urging the relevant authorities to consider their situation and save the hospital.

In their statement, they threatened to escalate and close all hospital departments if the delay in paying their salaries continues.
