Israeli occupation continues its relentless bombing of Gaza

GAZA, June 02 (YPA) – Israeli occupation helicopters intensively fired in the center of Rafah city in the southern Gaza Strip, in conjunction with artillery shelling targeting the Brazil neighborhood in the southern part of the city, and an air raid on a house, resulting in several Palestinian civilian casualties.

Palestinian sources reported that occupation warplanes bombed a house with a single missile in the Tel Al-Sultan neighborhood west of Rafah city.

They added that the aircraft targeted a land in the town of Al-Qarara northeast of Khan Younis city in the southern Gaza Strip.

Moreover, the occupation artillery shelled citizens’ homes east of Deir al-Balah city, east of Al-Bureij camp, and northwest of Al-Nuseirat camp, in the central Gaza Strip.

The sources explained that occupation warplanes bombed a house belonging to the Khalifa family near the Al-Shamaa Mosque in the old town east of Gaza City, leveling the house to the ground. No casualties have been reported .

Furthermore, the occupation artillery also bombarded the Sheikh Ajleen, Tel Al-Hawa, and Al-Zaytoun neighborhoods, and Street “8” in Gaza City, concurrently with intense firing from occupation helicopters.

Additionally, the occupation gunboats fired their machine guns at citizens’ homes off the coast of the city.

According to the sources, Al-Mamdani Hospital in Gaza City received three martyrs, including a woman and an infant, due to the occupation aircraft bombing of  an apartment of the Nabiha family in the Shawa Square area of the Al-Daraj neighborhood in Gaza City.
