Aden Free Zone employees continue their protest to demand their rights

ADEN, May 08 (YPA) – The employees and workers of the Aden Free Zone continued on Wednesday their protest for the third day in a row, demanding the speedy release of their suspended salaries for several months.

The employees called on the so-called “Presidential Leadership Council” to treat them fairly and quickly decide on their legal demands, the most important of which is to emphasize the independence of the free zone financially and administratively in accordance with Free Zone Law No. 4 of 1993, urgently release their salaries, which have been suspended since last March, and cancel any formed committees.
