Detainees from Gaza martyred after being tortured inside Israeli jails

GAZA, May 03 (YPA) – Hamas Movement announced on Thursday two members of the Palestinian people kidnapped from Gaza were martyred inside the fascist enemy’s detention centers, under brutal torture.

The movement affirmed in a statement the criminal acts is confirmation of the horrific war crimes that the Zionist occupation’s committing against the Palestinians.

“This crime is an affirmation of the crimes against our people and their detained children who have been taken by the criminal occupation from schools and hospitals to detention centers that lack the minimum human rights, among them are doctors whose crime was performing their humanitarian duty towards their people, the wounded and sick,” the statement added.

It indicated that one of the martyrs was Dr. Adnan Al-Bursh, head of the orthopedic department at Al-Shifa Hospital, who was kidnapped by the occupation while carrying out his duty at Al-Awda Hospital in the northern Gaza Strip.

The statement stressed that these ongoing crimes against thousands of kidnapped Palestinian people requires the international community to act immediately to criminalize and condemn this Nazi behavior.

It called on the international community to force the Zionist enemy to reveal the fate of the detainees, return them to their families, in addition to holding accountable the leaders of the terrorist entity, whose crimes exceeded all limits, in a flagrant violation of the international laws and humanitarian norms.
