Gunmen seize dozens of oil tankers in Shabwa

SHABWA, (YPA) – Gunmen affiliated with the Saudi-led coalition has continued to block the public road, seizing oil tankers in Shabwa province.

Local sources reported that dozens of gunmen belonging to the Ataq axis in the province, demand the payment of their salaries, which have been suspended for months.

According to the sources, they seized dozens of oil tankers waiting in large queues at the entrance to the Ataq city, the provincial capital.

The sources confirmed that the militants called on the Ministry of Defense in the coalition-backed Aden government and the leadership of the third military region to pay their salaries.
