Yemeni riyal hits record low against foreign currency in southern provinces

SANAA, April 14 (YPA) – The Yemeni riyal continued on Sunday to record new losses in evening financial transactions in the city of Aden and the rest of the provinces under the control of the Saudi-led coalition forces against foreign currencies.

According to banking sources, the selling price of one dollar in Aden and the southern and eastern provinces of Yemen reached 1,681 riyals, while the exchange rate of the Saudi riyal reached 441 Yemeni riyals.

 

The exchange rate of the dollar in Sanaa and the provinces under the control of the Supreme Political Council remained stable at 533 riyals, and the Saudi riyal at 140 Yemeni riyals.
