Yemeni riyal drops dramatically against foreign currencies in Aden

SANAA, April 07 (YPA) – The Yemeni riyal dropped significantly on Sunday against the foreign currencies in Aden and the southern and eastern provinces under the control of the Saudi-led coalition.

According to banking sources in Aden, the price of the dollar reached 1,681 riyals, while the price of the Saudi riyal reached 442.5 Yemeni riyals.

The sources explained that the exchange rate of the Yemeni riyal in Sanaa and the provinces under the control of the Supreme Political Council maintained its stability at 530 riyals to the dollar and 140 riyals to the Saudi riyal.
