Sanaa holds US, UK responsible for tensions in Bab al-Mandab

SANAA, Feb. 29 (YPA) – Deputy Foreign Minister in Sanaa, Hussein Al-Ezzi, affirmed on Thursday that the United States and Britain are responsible for the tensions witnessed by international navigation in the Bab al-Mandab Strait.

“90 percent of the current and potential tensions and difficulties in Al-Mandab are due to the militarization of the sea by America and Britain,” Al-Ezzi said in a post on “X” platform, accusing them of militarizing the Red Sea.”

He called on the America and Britain to stop the aggression and siege on Gaza, instead of going to all this escalation and preferring to commit moral and humane suicide in support of the criminal Benjamin Netanyahu’s hobby of killing children, referring to the raids by Washington and London on several sites in Yemen.
