Military operations by Yemen armed forces hit several US ships

SANAA, Feb. 25 (YPA) – The naval forces of the Yemeni armed forces carried out on Sunday a qualitative military operation against the British ships in the Gulf of Aden and the Sea Red.

In a statement, the military spokesman, Brigadier General Yahya Sarie, affirmed that the oil ship “TORM THOR” was accurately targeted with suitable naval missiles.

The spokesman said that a number of American warships were attacked in the Red Sea with several drones.
He said that the operation came in triumph of the oppressed Palestinian people, and in support and solidarity with the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip.

“The Yemeni armed forces confirm that they will confront the American-British escalation with more qualitative military operations against all hostile targets in the Red and Arab Bahrain in defense of our country, our people and our nation,” Brigadier General Sarie added.

The spokesman stressed that the Yemeni armed forces, along with all the great Yemeni people, will be continued to carry out their religious, moral and humanitarian duties towards the Palestinian people, and their military operations will be not stopped unless the aggression is ended on the Palestinian people in Gaza and the siege is lifted.
