China describes Zionist occupation of Palestinian territories as “illegal”

SANAA, Feb. 22 (YPA) – China on Thursday declared that the Zionist occupation of the Palestinian territories “illegal” and asked the International Court of justice to give its opinion on this.

According to AFP, the legal adviser of the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ma Xin Min, said during his case before the International Court of Justice that the Zionist occupation of the Palestinian territories is “illegal”, demanding at the same time to achieve justice in this file.

“Justice has been delayed for a long time, but it should not be denied”, Beijing’s representative Ma Xin Min said.

“It has been 57 years since the Zionist occupation of the Occupied Palestinian Territories began, and the illegal nature of the occupation and sovereignty over the occupied territories have not changed”, he added.
