Deputy FM, MSF Mission Head discuss health situation in Yemen

SANAA, July 11 (YPA) – Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Hussein al-Azzi, met with on Wednesday the head of the mission of Dutch Doctors Without Borders.

During the meeting, the officials discussed the health situation in Yemen and the worsened humanitarian situation in light of the difficulties facing the health sector due to the aggression and siege.

Al-Azzi hailed  the head of the mission for the efforts of the Organization in various provinces, stressing the need for concerted efforts of organizations to alleviate the worsening health situation.

The head of the mission thanked the Government of Salvation for the facilities provided to ease the work of the Organization, reviewing the most important of the work carried out by the Organization during the last period.
