CNN: Yemenis have become champions of Palestinian cause in world

WASHINGTON, Feb. 03 (YPA) – The American CNN channel has confirmed the growing popularity of Yemen in the Islamic world, as a result of the military operations carried out by Yemeni forces against ships linked to the Zionist entity and American and British ships in support of the people of Gaza.

“The Houthis, known as Ansar Allah, have become champions of the Palestinian cause in parts of the Sunni-majority Islamic world and outside it. They are defending the people of Gaza against Israel and are even confronting the ally of the great Jewish state,” CNN said.

The popularity of the leader of the revolution, Sayed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, has witnessed a remarkable rise as a result of the position he declared early on the Israeli aggression against Gaza and the military operations carried out by the Yemeni forces against the Zionist entity on land and at sea, which made his pictures an icon of support for the oppressed.

Activists circulated pictures of Sayyed Abdulmalik hanging on the facades of a number of famous places and historical landmarks in the Turkish capital, showing the extent of popularity he has reached due to his supportive position on Gaza in word and deed.
