Report: Yemen army shells sites, gatherings of Saudi enemy over 24 hours

SANAA, July 10 (YPA) – Rocketry and artillery forces of the Yemen army shelled gatherings and sites of Saudi enemy and its militiamen during 24 hours, inflicting them heavy losses in lives and equipment, according to military reports combined by Yemen Press Agency on Tuesday.

• In Yemen’s western coast:
The army cleared several sites in the west of Jabalia area of Tuhaita district during launching an offensive on Saudi-backed militiamen sites, killing and injuring dozens.

• In Najran border province:
Dozens of militiamen were killed and injured during an attack on two sites in Shorfa.
An ambush targeted military vehicle loaded with militiamen in front of Sudais site, killing all its crew.
Artillery shelling targeted Saudi soldiers and their militiamen in Shurfa, Makhroq sites and western Sudais site.
Military vehicle, loaded with militiamen, was destroyed by an explosive device in front of Taibat-Esam.
• In border province of Asir:
Katyusha rockets were fired toward gatherings of militiamen in Majaza.
Two of militiamen were sniped in Majaza.
• In Jizan border province:
Two of militiamen were shot dead in the east of Dood mount.

• In Lahj province:
Dozens of militiamen were killed and injured in an unique offensive, preceded by artillery shelling, targeted their sites in Karesh, burning a military vehicle.
The army carried out a large-scale operation in Qabitah, securing several hill as well as killing and wounding dozens.
The militiamen were inflicted heavy losses in lives and equipment during repelling their infiltration toward Hanaya valley.
A military vehicle was destroyed by artillery in Qubaita, killing its crew.
• In Taiz province:
The army secured several hills in an offensive on the militiamen’s sites in Hamir front of Maqbana district, killing, injuring dozens, seizing weapons.
Engineering unit of the army destroyed a militiamen’s military vehicle by an explosive device in Rain valley of Wazeayah, killing and injuring all who were on board, including leaders.
An armored was destroyed by a guided missile in Wazeayah front.
• In Yemen’s Jawf province:
The army killed and injured dozens of militiamen in north-west of Sallan camp in Masloob district.
Engineering unit of the army waged an ambush that targeted military vehicles of the militiamen by explosive devices in Ajasher , killing and wounding all who were on board.

• In Nehm district:
Dozens of the militiamen were killed and injured after the army repelled their infiltration attempt towards Madfoon area in Qatab .
