ISIS members killed in Iraq air strike

BAGHDAD, Jan. 07 (YPA) – Four ISIS members were killed on Sunday in an air strike in Diyala province, 57 km northeast of Baghdad of Iraq.

The Security Media Cell reported the F-16 aircraft of the Irqi army were able to destroy important hideouts in the village of Kubba in the Al-Waqf Basin in the province.

“After the operation, a security force went out to search the targeted place and found four bodies of members of ISIS terrorist gangs, Security Media Cell said, as well as destroyed weapons and equipment.

The media cell said, “The intersection of information and joint work by the security and intelligence services had a significant impact in curbing the elements of ISIS gangs, who will not be safe in Iraq.”
