Ansarallah member: “We do not count on UN envoy efforts in peace file”

SANAA, Dec. 25 (YPA) – Member of the Political Bureau of Ansarallah, Abdullah Al-Nuami, has said that Ansarallah does not rely on the efforts announced by the UN envoy to bring peace to Yemen.

Al-Nuami explained in a post on his account on “X” that “the UN envoy continues the fallacy by thanking Saudi Arabia and Oman for their cooperation, as if Saudi Arabia is considered a mediator like Oman,” noting that Saudi Arabia is “a major party and the leader of the aggressive coalition against Yemen.”

“Saudi Arabia and America behind it are not serious about addressing and ending the war on Yemen,” he added. “If they were serious, they would have responded to this nearly three years ago, when the military de-escalation began.”

He wondered,” How will they respond now, while there is a major and heated escalation in the Red Sea, Arabian Sea, and Bab al-Mandab and the war of extermination waged by the Zionist enemy on Gaza is still continuing as if in its first days?”
