WORLD, Dec. 18 (YPA) – An earthquake measuring 4.5 on the Richter scale hit the Kemerovo province of southwestern Siberia, the Euro-Mediterranean Seismological Center reported.
According to a statement issued by the center, the earthquake was recorded at 04:02 this morning Monday at a depth of 10 kilometers northwest of the village of Shirighish to the Ashtagol region in the Russian province of Kemerovo.
The management of Cherish Resort for skiing, which is the most popular in Siberia, said that the earthquake did not affect its work.
