Update: Death toll from Israeli aggression on Gaza rises to 18,205 martyrs
GAZA, Dec. 11 (YPA) – The death toll from the Israeli aggression on citizens in Gaza Strip has been risen to 18,205 martyrs since last October 7, according to a Palestine’s heath ministry statement.
The ministry’s spokesman in Gaza, Dr. Ashraf Al-Qudra, confirmed that a number of injured sine mounted 49,645 , indicating that 75% of the martyrs and wounded were children and women.
He revealed the occupation army committed 19 horrific massacres and genocide on Monday in residential neighborhoods and shelters in all areas, including areas that the occupation falsely claims are safe.
“208 martyrs and 416 wounded arrived at hospitals, and a large number of victims are still under the rubble and on the roads,” he added. “The occupation is still preventing ambulances from reaching them, and the wounded continue to bleed to death.”
Al-Qudra explained that the Israeli occupation deliberately targeted 137 institutions and put 22 hospitals and 46 primary care centers out of service.
He went on to say: “The Israeli occupation deliberately destroyed the health system in northern Gaza, causing the death of hundreds of wounded and patients and putting the population in the cycle of death.”
