Cash aid provided by Iranian people to Palestinians exceed $23 million

TEHRAN, Nov. 26 (YPA) – The amount of the cash aid provided by the Iranian people to Palestine amounted to more than one thousand billion Iranian riyals, which equals 23.6 million dollars.

Head of the Iranian Red Crescent Volunteers Organization, Vahid Salimi, said that the forty-seventh day of the IRCS’s humanitarian campaign, which aims to collect cash aid for the oppressed people of Gaza, over one thousand billion Iranian riyals ($23.66 million) was collected.

A new banner was raised in one of squares in the capital, Tehran, in which it announced “the willingness of 10 million Iranians to wage jihad in Gaza against Israeli enemy in a symbolic campaign launched in the first days of the war in Gaza as a form of solidarity with the Palestinian people.”
