Prominent journalist publishes information about attack on Israeli ships in Indian Ocean

ADEN, Nov. 25 (YPA) -A new group in Aden launched attacks on Israeli ships in the Indian Ocean, Anis Mansour, the head of the Hona Aden Center for Strategic Studies said.

In a post on his X account, Mansour tweeted that “a group called itself “ Ahrar Aden”  from southern Yemen claims responsibility for any attack on Israeli ships in the Indian Ocean, the Arabian Sea, and the Gulf of Aden.”

 

Mansour did not give further information on how he obtained this information, especially since Mansour is the only source of this report.

Earlier today, the Associated Press published a story about the targeting of an Israeli ship in the northern Indian Ocean. None of the North Ocean Rim countries have confirmed the Associated Press.
