US takes disastrous decision against Yemen

WORLD, Nov. 13 (YPA) –  The US administration has taken a disastrous  decision against Yemen, in response to Yemen’s intervention in the war waged by the Zionist entity on Gaza and the support of the armed forces for the Palestinian resistance, sources said.

According to Al-Masirah TV on Monday, the United States directed the United Nations and its bodies, including the World Food Program in Yemen, to completely stop the aid granted to beneficiaries in Yemen.

According to the source, the complete suspension of food aid comes within the framework of US pressure following the Yemeni stance in support of the Palestinian resistance in Gaza.

The source said that US pressure on the organizations began last July, but has increased recently to reach a complete halt to aid.

The same source noted that WFP announced the suspension of its interventions in the field of malnutrition prevention last July.  There is damaged food in the WFP’s warehouses, where large quantities of children’s nutrition were seized in the WFP warehouses in Ibb governorate. The food became damaged and unfit for humans.
