Aden’s pro-coalition government intends to approve new fuel price rise

ADEN, Nov. 05 (YPA) – The government, which is loyal to Saudi-led coalition and based in Qasr al-Ma’ashiq in the city of Aden, has decided to approve a new rise in fuel prices in the coming days in the city and the rest of the southern provinces.

According to informed sources, the Prime Minister and Minister of Oil in the pro-coalition government have approved a price increase of 25,700 riyals for a 20-liter fuel tank in the coming days.

The sources indicated that the oil company approved an increase of 37 riyals per liter under the pretext of developing what the government called “economic revenues.”

The pro-coalition government led by Maeen Abdulmalik is intentionally causing crises in Aden and southern provinces, despite warnings of new crises like electricity cuts, salaries interruption, and lack of strategic food stock.
