Gold continues to rise rapidly in southern Yemen
SANAA, Nov. 01 (YPA) – Gold prices in southern Yemen continue to rise rapidly, with average selling prices for the gold pound in Aden reaching 690,000 riyals, and a 21- karat gram reaching 90,000 riyals.
The updated gold prices in the goldsmith shops in Aden are as follows:
– One gold pound costs 678,000 YER to buy and 690,000 YER to sell.
– One gram of 21-karat gold costs 84,000 YER to buy and 90,000 YER to sell.
The indices of gold prices in the goldsmiths’ markets in Sanaa show slight rise and came as follows:
– One gold pound costs 235,500 YER to buy and 240,000 YER to sell.
– One gram of 21-karat gold costs 28,200 YER to buy and 31,200 YER to sell.
